FISCAL DONATIONS - Sean Casey Animal Rescue does not receive outside funding at this time, hopefully we will in the future. Most of the rescue's expenses are paid out of the pockets of Sean, his volunteers, and foster caregivers. Sometimes "suggested adoption fees" are listed with an animal for adoption, these fees are also used to help fund the rescue. We have successfully attained NY State Non-Profit status (501c3), and can now give tax-deductable receipts for large donations.

ANIMAL SUPPLY DONATIONS - Keep in mind that we are not limited to just reptiles - we also take in other exotic animals such as ferrets, chickens, parrots, small mammals, and more... even cats and dogs - so animal supplies of all kinds are welcome. Reptile supplies are always needed, particularly in the area of heat and lighting supplies, such as replacement UVB fluorescent and UVA heat bulbs, and undertank heating pads. We can also use your unwanted tanks, cages, cage furniture, bedding, food/water dishes, filters and basking platforms for turtle tanks, and foods such as turtle pellets, frozen rodents and greens.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPLY DONATIONS - We currently need a digital camera (used is fine!) to help get photos of adoption animals onto the site more efficiently. Other administrative supplies include such things as paper stock, card stock, a decent printer (used is fine!), and other printing supplies, needed for publishing of care sheets, adoption forms, flyers.
DONATION OF SERVICES - If you have services you can offer that could benefit a rescue organization, we would like to hear from you. For example: advertising, publication, printing, promotional items, car service (for picking up rescue animals when we can't get to them), etc. We have a page on the website specifically to thank supporters of this nature.
